Design for 21 Construction office.  Project designed and completed within a 3 month period.  Created flexible spaces allowing visitors/staff/site based staff all to feel comfortable and have as many options and styles of working areas as possible, while minimising the impact on base build services and therefore minimising costs.  This flexibility accomodated a growth in staff of almost 3 fold over three and a half years.
